Scott, I heard this yesterday on NPR and tried to send the online clip to you, but it wouldn't share.
Couldn't NFB file an amicus brief here? Shouldn't it? I'd love to work on it. This sounds like a Brown v Board of Education type case as it affects the civil rights of kids with disabilities.
