[blindlaw] fascinating story

Hello:

I find it interesting that while one school was cruel to the student, her second school embraced the student and her service dog. Hopefully, the Supreme Court will issue a favorable decision. Otherwise, we will have to unleash some biting comments.

Regards,

Robert

Scott, I heard this yesterday on NPR and tried to send the online clip to you, but it wouldn't share.

Couldn't NFB file an amicus brief here? Shouldn't it? I'd love to work on it. This sounds like a Brown v Board of Education type case as it affects the civil rights of kids with disabilities.
