[blindlaw] Issues using Jaws and Westlaw in the last 24 hours.

I have talked to Westlaw's accessibility department multiple times
about the citation issue. I have been repeatedly assured that work is
being done on this, but haven't noticed any changes. I'm not having
the other issues described here, but I use NVDA.
