[blindlaw] Pacer

[Tai Tomasi]

I haven't used it for a while because my legal assistant typically downloads things from pacer, but last I used it, you could right click on the links to the documents to download them or use the context menu key on the keyboard. If you hit enter on the links, the documents would open. They are all in PDF format in various states of accessibility as is true with most documents. I could usually run them through an OCR program and they were legible, but often that wasn't even necessary.
