Hello,

Our office has been contacted by someone with a very general question about
website accessibility. This individual is seeking guidance on how to make
websites more accessible. She works for a firm and her clients are generally
healthcare providers who bill Medicare/Medicaid.

Can anyone advise if there are any good resources/organizations that can
provide general guidance on this matter? If this involved state or federal
government agencies, I would have a better idea how to respond, but in the
private sector I am pretty ignorant. I am aware that there has been
ADA-based litigation re the need for merchants of various types to make
their websites accessible. However the question here is what resources may
exist to help earnest actors ensure that they are compliant in the first
place.

Any leads are appreciated. Thanks.

Andrew
