[blindlaw] Hard Drive Encryption

From what I have seen with my limited use of BITLocker on Windows 10, it is accessible. I say limited because again for cybersecurity reasons, IT does not want the attorneys doing the encrypting.

I'm told that BitLocker is accessible in Windows 10. FileVault is also 
accessible if you're using a mac, but I'm guessing you're not.
