[blindlaw] Update on Jaws and Track Changes

Sorry for any confusion. What I'm saying is that jaws will say "there are 142 revisions in this document" and display 142. But actually there are 210.  Perhaps this is the problems others were having before, but for me, other than footnotes, Jaws was accurate or it just said "there are no revisions to display."
