[blindlaw] Track Changes

The short answer is that track changes is usable, but is very challenging to use. One strategy that I've been lately using is setting custom key commands to jump from one change to another. I find this more reliable than quick navigation keys, as the latter sometimes doesn't detect all changes in a document.
