[blindlaw] Interview of Judge Ronald Gould

My apologies - the suggestion of interviewing Judge Gould was given to
me by Sai, not Sy Hoekstra. Since their first names are similar, and
are pronounced the same way by JAWS, I got confused between the two of
them.
