[blindlaw] HR and the Interactive Process

I could be totally off-base here, but I don't think that any division of 
a given company has any sort of exclusive legal duty to carry out the 
interactive process. HR needs to get over itself. It sounds like you may 
need to go up the chain of command--or ask your boss to do so, if s/he 
is supportive.
