Do you have a file saved with just the image of your signature?
Just highlight it and copy/paste into the other document.

Hello Everyone:

I've done it before, but, for reasons I can't fathom, I just can't recall
how I got it done.  I need to sign a word document electronically; I have
the signature to be inserted in the space provided ready to go; I just don't
remember which keystrokes to use for the insertion.  

I'd be most grateful for any pointers.  Please kindly treat as urgent, much
thanks!!
