Hello.

I am very interested and have a mostly flexible schedule.

1) Was Tim Elder's NABL presentation recorded?

2) Will the conference call you're planning be archived for those who are
not available at that time?

Thanks.

Jay

Subject: [blindlaw] Conference Call to Discuss Use of the Aira Visual
Interpreter

Hello, all. Several blind attorneys have expressed a desire to discuss the
use of the Aira visual interpreter in legal practice. For those who are
unfamiliar with the service, more information can be found at
www.aira.io<http://www.aira.io>. The service is currently working to become
HIPAA compliant, and they have a confidentiality and security paper which I
have attached to this email.

Tim Elder did a great presentation on the ethical concerns with use of Aira
at our 2018 National Association of Blind Lawyers (NABL) meeting and he has
also expressed interest in participating in the call. Ronza Othman
mentioned that NABL used to have quarterly conference calls and that this
might be a good topic to revive these calls. I am happy to organize such a
call if NABL members are interested. Please respond if you are interested,
and note days and times you are typically available. I would like to
schedule this call as soon as possible.
