Here's Robles' opposition brief:

No pro-ADA amici filed yet. I'm not 100% sure whether amici for cert
respondent are due the same time as the respondent, Rule 34(2)(a) /
37(2)(a), or 7 days after that, Rule 37(3)(a). Not exactly the
clearest set of federal rules.
