That's interesting!  I wonder what effect that would have on the presiding
judge(s) decision(s) 'cause a petition is handwritten!  Wouldn't that which
is typewritten be much easier to read?  Or, does the court render an opinion
based on how cursive an individual's hand writing is?

I do agree that the clerk be contacted for further explanations and that's
assuming there's a clerk where you practice!
