[blindLaw] Accommodations When Visiting a Law Library Open to the Public

This would be a wonderful solution. I would be happy to bring my own computer. I am concerned they will refuse me access to lexis and westlaw though. If they do refuse me access to lexis and westlaw, would that count? Would I then be able to file against them.
