Very well. I guess it is one pedagogical method, among others. It is not one that I experienced though.

Nandi I,

Our first semester included legal writing, legal methods, in which we had to write a 30 page judicial opinion. They had sessions to teach you how to use lexis and west law, pretty much the basics, but after that when the preparation started for the J O, you could not seek any outside help at all for anything.
