I think it would help for answering your question if you shared your career
or other goals.

Do you want to be an academic? Judge? Appellate litigator? Biglaw? Small /
solo? Transactional? Clerkship as 4L? Permanent clerkship?

What externships or clinics have you done?


For some it's going to be a bonus (of varying importance due to varying
relevance and competition); for others it really doesn't matter at all and
might even be a negative (due to opportunity cost of not doing something
more relevant).

Same goes for 4L clerkships.


Hard to give advice without knowing what your goals are.
