[blindLaw] Issues encountered while using JAWS 2019 with Word 16

Hi,

I use Word 16 and JAWS version 2019.1906.10. Am facing the following issues:
A. JAWS often freezes when I have to deal with large documents with many revisions and footnotes which is to say any document ever. I have to turn it off and on or sometimes restart the computer itself.
B. It does not display all revisions in the virtual viewer. One document I have, I know for a fact, had more revisions than were displayed in the virtual viewer.


Any thoughts? Will changing product versions help?
