[blindlaw] NVDA User Willing to Assist New Screenreader User?

Hi all,

I've recently befriended someone in the D.C. area who is in the
process of losing his vision but is also trying to apply to law
school.  He understands the importance of getting up to speed in
adaptive skills before attending, and he's trying to jumpstart that
process by downloading and teaching himself NVDA.  But, as someone
who's never interacted with a screenreader, he's finding it a bit
daunting.  If anyone is a NVDA user who would be willing to be a
sounding board or just give him some one-on-one directions as he tries
to grapple with this whole new world, he would really appreciate it.
