This book was recommended by a professor with whom i was taking a class.  Itis a captivating unspooling of the ever entwined concepts of, property rights, sovereignty, corporate aristocracy through steak holder primacy and so on.  

Definitely not quashing my interest in the law. 

The author, Margery Kelly, has a new book coming out in July. From the title it sounds like a strong follow up.
