Congratulations and best of luck with your new position. I am sure you will be a great judge, and with the preparation you have already done with Apple, I have no doubt you will overcome any issues accessing the case management system.

Subject: [blindLaw] Judge/magistrate pro tem

Hi all,
Monday night, the Seattle Municipal Court notified me that I have been appointed a judge/magistrate pro tem, subject to their ability to reasonably accommodate me. They have a proprietary judicial information system that I have to access from the bench. I might be able to do it through my iPad, and Apple might be able to help this come about.
Thank you for your letters of encouragement along the way.
Elizabeth
