[blindLaw] Sound Scheme in JAWS

All,

I know how to access the Sound Scheme menu under Utilities, but every
sound scheme has the description "JAWS will play a sound when HTML
elmenets are read such as links or headings."

I know that this is wrong. I can hit spacebar and the selected item
changes; the description just isn't changing with it. Which sound
scheme should I select so that JAWS reads things like italicization?
