We appear to be seeing some signs of success in advocating for bar examiners
to accommodate online exams and work around the ExamSoft program.  If you
are being told that you must test in person to get accommodations, know that
others are having preliminary success in getting accommodations for an
online solution.  There is no reason for an in person requirement when
modern technology can enable an online remote proctoring solution.
