Thanks for sending this, however the registration button is not a working link, although more importantly the cut off for this registration mentions it was yesterday. Is there a recorded version folks can get after the fact, do you know?

>> Thursday, September 24 @ 1:00 PM Eastern
>> Sponsored by the ABA Government and Public Sector Lawyers Division
>> Co-Sponsored by the Commission on Disability Rights
>>
>> During this pandemic, a host of issues can arise that implicate the ADA. Screening job applicants for COVID symptoms, asking questions about whether an employee is at a higher risk due to an underlying medical condition, and addressing reasonable accommodation and undue hardship, are examples. The pandemic and its associated business challenges raise numerous questions under the ADA and other EEO laws.
>>
>> Referring to guidance issued by the EEOC and current caselaw, attendees of this program will be able to:
>> Identify the basic legal concepts of the ADA
>> Understand what disability-related inquiries and medical exams are permissible
>> Recognize the circumstances where an employer can exclude an employee who poses a "direct threat"
>> Identify the legal requirement of providing "reasonable accommodations" to employees with disabilities in this pandemic era.
