I should probably add that the AIRA agent used Team viewer to do it and just fastforwarded to where he saw the codes. I understand that this inaccessibility shouldn't exist and whole heartedly support getting this changed, but I just wanted to reference AIR's ability to help to navigate the problem in the meantime
