[blindLaw] reading comments in JAWS

Hi all:
I wasn't aware how much Microsoft is really the issue. In the instance
Tai helped me with, there was a keystroke that resolved my problem.
Tai knew it, but the tech support person at Freedom Scientific did
not. I am using Office 365, lucky for me.

But having just spent an hour figuring out how I can use Skype to
participate in meetings next week for work, I am all on board with
calling out Microsoft for failing to make their products more
accessible. Neither my IT person nor I could get keystrokes provided
in the JAWS help system to work. MY IT person gave me keystrokes that
do work and I will use those.

And don't even get me started on SharePoint. It makes me feel like I
never learned to use a computer.
