[blindLaw] Paying Dues and Contribution on blindlawyers.net via PayPal

Hi: 
I promise I followed your directions. Although a contribution and dues payment appear to be in my cart, the  summary of order section remains at zero, and PayPal will not let me complete the transaction. Using latest JAWS,  Windows 10, and  chrome browser. I do have a PayPal account. Any help would be appreciated.
