[blindLaw] Searching in Westlaw

I just logged onto Westlaw now using JAWS 2018 and the latest version of Chrome. It is working fine for me. The disappearing search box issue can sometimes arise if the page has failed to load correctly. I have done a refresh page and even closed and restarted the browser to resolve. If that does not work, then contact the people listed in the enclosed document, Stephanie and Jennifer. They are supposed to be conversant with JAWS and should be able to assist. I have interacted only with Stephanie so far, but I found her helpful.

Is anyone else having problems searching in Westlaw? I just got an account for my work, and the search bar where you can type in case citations, statutes etc doesn't appear on any of the pages. I have ested this on two different computers, with JAWS and NVDA, in both Firefox and Chrome, with identical results, so this must be a Westlaw issue. I have been less han impressed with support from Westlaw and Lexis both so figured I'd write here first to see if anyone has a solution.
