[blindLaw] Abbyy FineReader and Court Documents with Line Numbers

I am using Abbyy FineReader to OCR all of my documents. I'm now in a job that requires me to read a lot of court transcripts, which are always marked with line numbers on each page, and sometimes timestamped. Usually, but not always, when these show up they are at the top of the page before the text starts. For those who deal with documents like these on a regular basis, how do you handle it? Are there JAWS settings that might make it easier to skip over? I do not need to cite to specific line numbers when referencing these documents.
