[blindLaw] Abbyy FineReader and Court Documents with Line Numbers

I'd like to bump this as I have been unable to figure out a way to do this in FineReader. I'm also encountering transcripts with both line numbers and timestamps for each line. For anyone who deals with documents like this, is there a way for JAWS to get around this stuff besides just scrolling?
