Hi Ronza,

Thank you for that. Do you use the breakout room feature, and if so how does that work for you?

I just did one today and have one on Monday. I use Zoom all the time and it is fantastic. My preference is generally the iPhone or iPad app though the computer app does work fine. you want to make sure that you are not recording. I do have the enterprise version for my personal use and the government addition for work though and both have outstanding privacy. You should add a password when you schedule the appointment. If you are not sharing documents and such, then it’s really just the voice platform you’re worrying about. And of course being able to see one another. We do not use WebEx or teams because of encryption issues and also because of the cross platform challenges that recipients have.

Now, that being said, I understand that there is an enterprise version of Zoom that handles confidentiality in a more robust way. I have not used Zoom enterprise, so I do not much know more than that.

I am not a cyber security professional, so my response is informed by my firm's policy on virtual conferencing applications.

It can get complicated. For instance, we recently completed a witness interview with a combination of Skype and WebEx. Skype handled the audio communication and WebEx the documents, even though WebEx is supposed to be an all-in-one application.

I have had several inquiries as to whether I would offer that service, but have only participated on Zoom as an invitee, not as a host, and especially not where I am responsible for protecting the confidentiality of the proceedings. Thanks in advance.
