I'm using Chrome and running Jaws 2020.2006.12. I have not installed any Jaws updates recently, since everything seems to be working well at the moment. Sometimes, when Westlaw decides to act up, I can make it work properly by clearing all browsing data. Just a thought, if the problem persists. I was using Chrome when it happened, I am mostly using Edge Chromium now and haven't had the problem yet. It seems to me it is a Westlaw problem, not a browser or JAWS issue, because it seems to involve behavior of same-page links. But that's mostly speculation on my part. Sorry I can't be any more helpful as I'm sure it's very frustrating if it is happening to you a lot and in long cases. Brian Brian C.
