[blindLaw] Westlaw not jumping between footnotes and text properly

Hi Laura,

I wish I could tell you there is one, but I have experienced it so seldom and the cases it happened in were short enough that I just found my way back to the location in the opinion, and never pursued it further. I was using Chrome when it happened, I am mostly using Edge Chromium now and haven't had the problem yet. It seems to me it is a Westlaw problem, not a browser or JAWS issue, because it seems to involve behavior of same-page links. But that's mostly speculation on my part. Sorry I can't be any more helpful as I'm sure it's very frustrating if it is happening to you a lot and in long cases.

So what is the solution?
