I am serving as Co-Chair of the King County Bar Association’s (KCBA) Executive Director Search Committee. The  committee and a 15-member community advisory sub-committee are committed to living out the core equity & justice values that led to its founding well over a century ago when 2 lawyers and a judge went to the docks to stop the mob deportation of Chinese workers from Washington. Throughout its history, the KCBA has been a powerful partner and ally to Washington State’s equity & justice community. Its future positional authority leader is key to the health and strength of our efforts.
