[blindLaw] Creating, A Reproduced Record for Federal Habeas

Has anyone done this before? I have my first petition for habeas to respond to, and I have no idea how to go about creating a reproduced record, particularly since I'll need to have two copies of everything, one OCRed for my own use and one original. Any prosecutors or defense attorneys who have done this, your help would be greatly appreciated.
