Thanks! I used to use that a long time ago but haven’t in recent years. I’ll look into that for sure.

I use OmniPage for this. It is pretty good, not perfect, but nothing is.

Hello everyone,

I believe I've asked this question before, but it's been a while, and maybe someone has new information.

I'm looking for an application that can OCR all of the PDFs in a given folder with little input from me. Ideally, it would integrate with Windows so that I could just click on the folder, process all the PDFs, and come back to a bunch of Word files later. Has anyone had good experiences with such an app? What about accessibility? Are there any apps that you've found to be particularly accessible (or inaccessible)?

Most of the PDFs I have to deal with don't include handwriting. It's just that I can sometimes have quite a lot of them to deal with at once (such as when reviewing the contents of a virtual data room in an M&A transaction).

Thanks for any input.

Best,

Angie
