Good afternoon! I have a few questions so I can be as prepared as
possible when doing trial advocacy. I'm between meetings, so please
forgive my brevity.

•If you don't have or want a sighted assistant, how do you receive
non-verbal signals from the judge and jurors?
•Similarly, how do you do voir dire? (My guess is I'll have a sighted
assistant attend with me.)
•Are there any particular strengths you've found in being a blind
trial advocate? Any particular weaknesses?
