Hello hope everyone is having a good week.
Has anyone dealt with bureaucracy of personal renters insurance and insurance through a corporation like at a rental property company? if so, In your experience does blindness become an issue later through discovery?
I apologize if that’s ambiguous. Here is why I am asking.
I live in Texas like other states in the south property owners and private landlords are protected over tenants. I’d like to be prepared if through discovery dealing with damage that happened from abnormal  weather they bring up my blindness being a possible cause of damage.
Has something like this happened over, is the discovery process more cut and dry with large corporations and insurance companies after disasters?
