Hello all,
I am attempting to navigate the EEOC website portal to file a charge
of discrimination. However, I have not been able to find where to make
an appointment or to find the form to fill out the complaint. On the
portal there are two links that say form. One gives me an error and
the other states that I am not authorized to view the page. Any
assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks,

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create
obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life
you want; blindness is not what holds you back.
