[blindLaw] Do any of you use ZoomText or fusion?

I have to chime in! this past year, my one L year, was peppered with countless, infuriating, crashes and all other manner of bad behavior on the part of my brand new, souped up, Dell. The motherboard was replaced. The hard drive was replaced. And even still it is constantly acting up in various ways.

Am I the only one who finds this to be outrageous? All I do is email, PDF and Word document reading, and Internet searching of various shapes and sizes. I feel like this is a failure on the part of the people who design our software. They have a captive audience and they don’t care to make tools that work right.

Sorry, not wearing my objective, scholarly legal hat. This truly has been the plague of my year, other than the actual plague that has beset us.

Sincerely,

Maura Kutnyak, M.P.A.
