Nandini,

The setting is called Braille marking.  If you expand that option in
the tree view, you will see a number of attributes that can be checked
such as bold, italics, highlighting, strikethrough, etc.  If checked,
dots 7 and 8 will appear under marked words.  Note that you will still
need to use jaws+f to confirm which attribute(s) the text has.
