I believe this will depend on your kind of set up! With new emergent
technologies in tow, you shouldn't need to tinker way too much with anything
online or even computer-based screen readers! Of course, you will need to
install apps on your PREFERRED TECH TOY'S chosen platform. For example, you
CAN ACCEPT payments via CashApp or Zelle; Zelle, if supported by your bank,
is free. CashApp which comes from Square, Inc. does charge a transaction
fee to send the funds to a designated business bank account. And, don't
forget, Paypal is STILL YOUR FRIEND! For business purposes via Paypal
though, you may wish to setup a MERCHANT ACCOUNT. There are so many ONLINE
MERCHANT SERVICE PROVIDERS to choose from; Square is the most popular! Many
will charge discount and transaction fees, as well as monthly service fees!
Square and its related cousins only charge a discount fee typically between
2.65% to 2.75%; if you KEY-IN A CARD NUMBER though, the charge goes up to
3.25%. These charges can be FACTORED INTO YOUR FINAL ASKING PRICE from a
customer, or, as most airlines do, you can assess them separately. Keep in
mind that many customers WILL BALK at the idea of having these fees assessed
separately, but it's absolutely legal to do so.

For scheduling appointments, please take a good look at Square Appointments;

Also, Calendly might be equal to the task for setting appointments; read

I trust that the foregoing is a tad helpful; all the very best, have a
splendid day!!
