Hi,

I am not a lawyer, but I would add that often the computers that are sold to businesses do not have some of the extra software on them that can cause problems with consumer versions of the same brands.  Therefore, even if one has had a problem with a given brand when purchasing that brand as a consumer, they may not have the same issue with that brand when it is sold to a business.  Also, if a company's Information Technology people install certain software for the whole company, they may have difficulties if a different brand than the company normally uses is purchased.

Hi Teresita,

I don’t use Fusion, but I’ve never had an issue with Dell and Zoomtext. I currently use a Lenovo with Zoomtext, but have had Zoomtext with various computer brands and never noticed that making a difference.  All of my issues have been due to the interaction of various security measures and various applications that negatively interact with Zoomtext. I would be curious to hear what issues you’ve identified with Dell specifically as I’ve never heard of different laptop brands negatively impacting accessibility software.
