Hello all – 

Quality Trust is seeking a new Staff Attorney! 

This position will include substantial work on our Jenny Hatch Justice Project. The Jenny Hatch Justice Project provides direct legal services to DC residents to help them access alternatives to guardianship, including supported decision-making (SDM). We also operate the National Resource Center for Supported Decision-Making (NRC-SDM) and provide trainings on SDM to community members, service providers and legal practitioners.

We’re hoping to recruit someone with 3-5 years of experience; DC license required, Maryland license also preferred. Compensation at $60-70k depending on experience. 

Applications will be considered until filled. Our ideal start date would be in September.
