About the EPA Office of Regional Counsel, Region 10: ORC is led by the Regional Counsel, Deputy Regional Counsel, and a supervisor for each of our three branches: Land Law Branch (LLB), Water Law Branch (WLB), and Air/Toxics/Information Law Branch (ATILB).  We have approximately 35 staff attorneys who provide legal counseling and enforcement support in judicial and administrative cases for criminal and civil matters associated with the environmental programs administered by the Region.  We also manage the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) program for Region 10, with dedicated information law attorneys and a team of government information specialists.  Our Paralegal Specialist supports the attorneys and managers on a variety of legal tasks.  We’re seeking to fill a Legal Assistant position in the Immediate Office which will report to the Regional Counsel and provide administrative and legal support across the entire office.
