Thank you all so much for this information. To clarify, I already have the job and the firm is simply eager to determine what their support staff has to specifically do to ensure a smooth summer internship experience. After I accepted their offer, they reached out to get a head start on this to avoid road bumps once the internship starts. They have a very strong commitment to doing what it takes to make their firm an accessible workplace.
