[blindLaw] court forms using Lexis Nexis or Westlaw

Hello everyone.
I am interested in becoming a legal document  preparer for those who
don't know it's a person  who helps clients fill out documents such as
for simple divorce's those kind of things. I have been looking on my
state's website for different types of forms I would be using. I have
noticed that some of them are not accessible for me to fill in
independently. They are  encrypted resulting in my inability to use
OCR. I saw that Lexis Nexis and Westlaw provide court forms. Does
anyone have experience filling out such forms and how accessible they
are?
