[blindLaw] Seasoned Civil Litigators

Hi All,

At the risk of having this message get buried in the pre-holiday rush, I would be grateful if some of the more seasoned litigators could contact me off list. I am talking about 2-3 years as a trial attorney handling everything from complaint to the notice of appeal. Among other things, I would like to compare notes on how to conduct effective non-visual discovery. I am trying to brush up and refine skills given the inflection point of an impending new year.
