[blindLaw] help with Pacer

I have, unfortunately, run across similar issues and have yet to find a solution. I will be on a panel about disability access to the courts involving SD  Ohio and the Sixth Circuit later this month, and  I will raise that issue then. Hopefully it will get some traction, and we can get this fixed!
