[blindLaw] Sign language interpretation for court proceedings

Rahul,
All courts in the US are required to make Sign language interpreters
available upon request. This stems from judiciary policy on the
federal level and Title II of the ADA's Rule of Effective
Communication on the state level. The disabled person or their
representative must contact the court to provide reasonable notice,
and an interpreter will be provided at the court's expense.
